Can I use a Licensed Transaction Coordinator or Assistant that is not at my Brokerage?

Jonathan Stewart (Utah Division of Real Estate Director) confirmed in 5/15/23 email to me that TC's can work for ANY Brokerage in Utah as long as the duties performed do not utilize their license.
